Permission to Send Your Photos to AI Services
MirorCam · Version 2 · Effective October 2, 2026
Este documento está disponível em inglês. O texto original publicado aparece abaixo.
MirorCam does its creative work with third-party AI services. Before any of your photos go to them, we ask for your permission.
| Service | What is sent | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Higgsfield | the photo set for your Miror; vibe instructions | preparing your Miror; creating vibe frames | United States |
| OpenAI | selected photos from your Miror set, a reference photo you add to a request, the instruction text, the frame being edited | creating frames and editing them with tools | United States |
| Google Vertex AI | your photos, frames, instruction text | photo analysis, safety checks, quality control | global (any Google region, including the United States) |
How each service uses your data. OpenAI and Google process your photos only to do this work for us; their business terms say they do not use our content to train their own models, and they may keep it briefly to detect abuse. Higgsfield, under its own terms, may also use the photos and frames it receives to train and improve its own AI models and services; content already used this way cannot be removed from a model that was already trained. When you delete your Miror, withdraw this permission or delete your account, your Miror is deleted at Higgsfield too. Transfers abroad are covered by the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
If the list changes. If we add a service, this document's version goes up and the app asks you again before any photo goes to it.
Withdrawing. Settings → Privacy, at any time. Because frames cannot be created without these services, your identity photos and your Miror are deleted and new frames stop. Your account and existing frames stay.
