Consent to Process Your Biometric Data
MirorCam · Version 3 · Effective October 6, 2026
Este documento está disponible en inglés. A continuación se muestra el texto original publicado.
To create photos that look like you, MirorCam needs to process your face. That is biometric data, a special category of personal data, so we ask for your separate, explicit consent (KVKK Article 6; GDPR Article 9(2)(a)). In the United States, tapping "I agree" is your written consent and electronic signature.
What we process. The photos of yourself you add, and what AI derives from them: face angle and expression, hair, facial hair, glasses, skin tone, build, distinctive marks such as tattoos or scars and the side they are on, a check that all your photos show the same person, and your personal model (your Miror). From your identity photos we also read whether to dress you in women's or men's clothing and your approximate age group, only to adapt outfits and keep your look true; this stays on those photos and is deleted when you delete them, withdraw photo consent or delete your account, and the clothing side used in a photo we create for you stays with that photo until you delete it.
What for — only this. Preparing your Miror and creating your frames, including the safety and quality checks on your photos and frames.
We never use it for. Training AI models of our own, other users' frames, advertising, selling or trading, or recognising or identifying you anywhere else.
Who does the work. The AI services listed in the Privacy Policy (Higgsfield, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI). The app asks your permission before any photo is sent to them. Higgsfield, under its own terms, may also use what it receives to train and improve its own models.
How long. Photos you remove are deleted within 15 minutes. If you withdraw this consent, your photos and Miror (also at the provider) are deleted within 30 days. If you delete your account, they are deleted after the 30-day restore period. In any case, they are deleted after 3 years in which you have not used MirorCam.
Withdrawing. Settings → Privacy, at any time. Your identity photos and your Miror are then deleted. Your account and the frames you already created stay. What was done before you withdrew remains lawful. Without this consent you can still use your account, but we cannot create frames of you.
Someone else's photos. If you add photos of another adult, you confirm that they have given you written permission, including their explicit consent to this processing. You are responsible for that permission (see the Terms of Use).
