Terms of Use

MirorCam · Version 2 · Effective October 2, 2026

Este documento está disponible en inglés. A continuación se muestra el texto original publicado.

These terms are an agreement between you and MirorX Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, Ömerağa Mah. Fethiye Cad. No:36 İç Kapı No:1, 41300 İzmit / Kocaeli, Türkiye, support@mirorx.ai ("we"), for the MirorCam app. By creating an account you accept them. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.

1. What MirorCam does

MirorCam creates new photos of you ("frames") with artificial intelligence, using photos of yourself as reference. Frames are AI-generated, not real photographs. A vibe is inspiration; its cover photo is not reproduced.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law of your country requires it. Creating a Miror, making frames from photos and buying are only for people 18 and older; the app asks you to confirm your age before these. You need an account (e-mail, Apple or Google). Keep your account secure; you are responsible for what happens in it. One person, one account.

3. Your photos

  • Upload photos of yourself, or of another adult (18+) only if that person has given you written permission to upload them to MirorCam and have them processed as described in our Privacy Policy and consent documents. Never upload photos of anyone under 18 (including yourself as a child) or photos you have no right to use.
  • You are solely responsible for having that permission. We do not check it and are not responsible for photos you upload without it. If a claim is brought against us because of photos you uploaded, you will cover the resulting losses and costs to the extent the law allows.
  • You keep all rights in your photos. You give us a limited licence to store, process and send them to our service providers only to provide MirorCam to you, for as long as they are on your account.
  • Photos that fail our checks (for example, more than one person, explicit nudity or a possible minor) are not used.

4. Your frames

  • Frames you create are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the law. We claim no ownership of them. Whether AI output is protected by copyright differs between countries; we cannot guarantee it.
  • We do not use your frames for advertising or show them to other users without your separate permission.
  • Frames are marked as AI-generated in the app. Do not present a frame as a real photograph of a real event, and do not hide that a frame was made with AI to mislead anyone.

5. Rules

You may not use MirorCam to:

  • create content of another person without their consent, or impersonate anyone;
  • create sexual content, content involving minors, or violent, hateful, harassing or illegal content;
  • deceive people, commit fraud or create fake evidence or documents;
  • infringe anyone's rights;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or get around the app's limits or safety checks, or use automated tools.

We use automated checks and reports to enforce these rules. You can report any frame in the app (frame menu → Report a problem). We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules; for a serious or repeated breach we may do so without notice. We tell you the reason, and you can ask us to look again by writing to support@mirorx.ai.

6. Shots, Miror and subscriptions

  • Shots (credits) pay for frames. The number of shots a job needs is shown before you start. Shots are reserved when the job starts and charged only for frames delivered; if a frame cannot be made, its shot is not charged, stays set aside for a free retry for up to 7 days, and then returns to your balance.
  • Miror package (one-time purchase): one Miror preparation right and 30 shots. These shots do not expire. A Miror is needed for vibes.
  • MirorCam+ (auto-renewing subscription): weekly (30 shots per week), monthly (100 shots per month) or yearly (60 shots each month). Subscription shots are a monthly or weekly allowance: they renew each period and unused subscription shots do not carry over.
  • Free shots: new accounts may receive a few promotional shots, once.
  • Prices are shown in the store in your currency before you buy, including taxes where applicable.
  • Renewal and cancellation: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged to your App Store or Google Play account unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel any time in your store account settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments and subscriptions). After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
  • Price changes: if a subscription price changes, the store tells you in advance and, where required, asks you to agree.
  • Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; request refunds from them. If a purchase is refunded, unused shots up to the amount it granted are removed and a Miror unlocked by it is locked.
  • Shots have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are lost when your account is deleted.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in Türkiye or the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For MirorCam:

  • Shots are digital content supplied to your account immediately after purchase. By buying, you ask for immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the shots are on your account.
  • Miror preparation is a service that starts with your confirmation. Before it starts, the app asks you to confirm that it may begin and that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has begun. The moment preparation starts, your photos are sent to the provider and the cost is incurred: from then on the right of withdrawal no longer applies, and a Miror preparation that has started is not refunded, even if you cancel or delete the Miror afterwards.
  • Subscriptions work the same way: once a period has started and its shots are on your account, that period is not refunded; you can cancel future renewals at any time.
  • If Apple or Google refunds a purchase under their own policies anyway, the shots it granted are removed and a Miror unlocked by it is locked. Your rights if the service is faulty are not affected.

8. AI results and availability

AI results vary. How much a frame looks like you depends on your photos. We do not promise a particular result. Quality control may hold back a frame; you are not charged for it. We may change, improve or remove features and may interrupt the service for maintenance or because of a provider. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, we tell you at least 30 days in advance where possible, and you may cancel.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may end these terms if you break them or if we stop offering MirorCam; if we stop the service, we tell you at least 30 days in advance and you will not be charged for future periods.

10. Liability

MirorCam is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything the law does not allow us to limit, and they do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app at least 30 days before the change applies (except changes required by law or for safety). If you do not agree, you can stop using MirorCam and cancel your subscription before the change applies.

12. App Store terms

If you got MirorCam from Apple's App Store:

  • These terms are between you and MirorX only, not Apple. MirorX, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
  • Your licence to use the app is limited, non-transferable and only for Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Usage Rules.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any other claims, losses or costs from a failure to meet a warranty are MirorX's responsibility, not Apple's.
  • MirorX, not Apple, handles any claims relating to the app, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection, privacy or similar laws, and intellectual property claims.
  • You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must also follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

If you got MirorCam from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply to your purchase.

13. Law and disputes

Turkish law applies. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live, within the limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade; nothing in these terms removes the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. Other disputes go to the courts of Kocaeli.
