Your Confirmation When You Upload Photos

MirorCam · Version 2 · Effective October 2, 2026

Este documento está disponible en inglés. A continuación se muestra el texto original publicado.

Each time you upload photos, you confirm that, for every face in them:

  • the person is you; or
  • the person is 18 or older and has given you written permission to upload their photos to MirorCam and have them processed as described in our Privacy Policy and consent documents.

You also confirm that no one in the photos is under 18 (including you as a child), that you have the right to use the photos, and that you are not uploading them to impersonate anyone or to mislead anyone about who they are.

The responsibility is yours. Proving that permission exists, and what it covers, is your responsibility; we do not check it. If this confirmation is not true, we may remove the photos and any frames and Miror made from them, and suspend or close your account. You are responsible for any claim that results, and you will cover our resulting losses and costs to the extent the law allows.

What we record. For each upload: the version and language of this text, a digest of the exact text you saw, the app version and the time. The record contains no photos. It is evidence of your confirmation, so we keep it while your account exists and for 10 years afterwards, even if you delete your account.
